JLM Management, LLC is Monroe & Company's investment arm. We seek either control or minority equity positions in growth companies or special situations. In many cases, we work with existing management teams and add to the management team. In other cases, we have assembled management teams in connection with achieving our desired investment results. Our preferred exit strategy is an IPO, but we can plan for and help execute through Monroe & Company's management resources other exits, including strategic sales or private equity purchases. Monroe & Company's investment banking capability supports on-going access to the most cost effective and available sources of growth and expansion capital.
